Hit11 is an online gaming platform provided by Hit11 (referred to as “Hit11”, “We,” “Us,” or “Our”). Through its website and associated mobile applications (collectively referred to as the “Platform”), Hit11 offers a diverse range of online sports-based fantasy games and other skill-based games. These Terms of Service for Hit11 (“Terms”), along with Hit11’s Privacy Policy (“Privacy Policy”) and the Fair Play Policy (“Fair Play Policy”), govern the relationship between the users (“You”) and Us. The Terms, Privacy Policy, Fair Play Policy, and the collective set of Game Rules (together “Platform Policies”) constitute a legally binding agreement between You and Hit11, upon which You may visit, access, or use the Platform and related services offered by Us (“Services”).

Your utilization of the Services indicates Your acceptance of the Platform Policies, and therefore, You are advised to carefully read the Terms before utilizing Our Services.

We retain the right to periodically review, update, or modify any part of the Platform Policies at Our sole discretion. Consequently, You are encouraged to stay informed about the latest Platform Policies. Notice of any modifications to the Terms will be provided to you, and Your continued access and use of the Services after such notification shall constitute consent to the modified Platform Policies.

If You do not agree with any part of the Platform Policies or any subsequent modifications thereto, You must discontinue accessing or using Our Services.

To utilize the Services and participate on the Platform, You must register with Us and consent to the Platform Policies. You can register with Us here.

In the event that one or more of the terms herein are deemed invalid or unlawful for any reason by a competent judicial or quasi-judicial authority in India, the validity or enforceability of the remaining terms will not be affected, and they will remain valid and binding on You and all other users.

1. Definitions:
   1.1 “Activity” refers to a user’s participation in the Games organized by Us.

1.2 “Bank Account” denotes a financial account held with a Banking Company.

1.3 “Banking Company” indicates a banking company as defined under section 5(b) of the Banking Regulation Act, 1949.

1.4 “Barred States” encompasses any state within the territory of India where online gaming is prohibited under applicable laws or by order of a court of competent jurisdiction.

1.5 “Bonus Segment” represents the segment of the Hit11 Account where bonuses earned by the User and any amount under any other promotional offer on the Platform are credited.

1.6 “Cash Games” refer to Games involving a financial stake placed by participants on the outcome of the Game.

1.7 “Communication Feature” includes the in-game features enabling users to interact with each other during a Game.

1.8 “Contest” carries the meaning ascribed to it under Clause 5.2.

1.9 “Deposit Segment” denotes the segment of the Hit11 Account where money deposited by the User is credited.

1.10 “Game(s)” encompass various online board games, card games, sports-based fantasy games, and other skill-based games offered on the Platform, including various formats available through Our Services, as described in Clause 5.1.

1.11 “Inactive Account Fee” refers to the amount charged from a user for monthly maintenance of their Hit11 Account when the user fails to play Cash Games through their Hit11 Account for twelve (12) consecutive months.

1.12 “Platform” includes the Hit11 website and related mobile applications where online board games, card games, sports-based fantasy games, and other skill-based games are made available to users.

1.13 “Platform Policies” encompass the Terms, Privacy Policy, the Fair Play Policy of Hit11, and the cumulative set of Game Rules for each Game available on Hit11.

1.14 “Poker Segment” indicates the segment of the Hit11 Account relevant to Poker Games, where users may transfer funds for the purpose of playing Poker Games, and where winnings from Poker Games are credited.

1.15 “Hit11 Account” refers to the user account maintained by a user with Hit11 to play Games on the Platform, comprising the Deposit Segment, Winnings Segment, Bonus Segment, and Poker Segment.

1.16 “Refund” signifies the reversal of charges paid by a user to play a game, credited back to the user’s Hit11 Account.

1.17 “Service Fee” represents the fee charged by Hit11 to each user on the value of their financial stake in a Cash Game.

1.18 “Terms” comprise the Terms of Service and the Privacy Policy of Hit11.

1.19 “Winnings Segment” indicates the segment of the Hit11 Account where users’ winnings from the Games are credited, less applicable Service Fees and other levies/deductions. It’s clarified that winnings from Poker Games are not directly credited to the Winnings Segment but to the Poker Segment.

1.20 “Withdrawable Balance” denotes the amount in the Winnings Segment available for withdrawal.

1.21 “Withdrawal” refers to the transfer of all or part of the Withdrawable Balance to a designated Bank Account, initiated upon specific instructions by the user to Hit11.

1.22 “Withdrawal Request” indicates a user’s request to initiate a Withdrawal.

2. Who may use Our Services:
   2.1 Our Services are not intended for or offered to any person below the age of eighteen (18) years or to residents of any Barred States (Andhra Pradesh, Karnataka, Kerala (for Rummy), Gujarat (for Poker), Assam, Nagaland, Odisha, Telangana, and Sikkim). We reserve the right to control access to Our Services at all times within any state in India and may update the list of Barred States based on applicable laws or court orders.

2.2 If You are under 18 years of age or reside in any of the Barred States, You may not access or use Our Services. Should You do so, You will be solely responsible for any legal consequences resulting from such use. We reserve the right to request proof of age at any point during Your access and use of Our Services to ensure compliance. We may exclude any person from using Our Services if we suspect they are underage and they fail to provide valid proof of age.

2.3 If You are not legally competent to engage in Indian Rupee transactions through banking channels in India or if You are accessing the Services from a Barred State, You are prohibited from participating in Cash Games on Our Services. Participation in Cash Games under such circumstances will be considered a breach of the Platform Policies, and You will not be entitled to receive any prize that You might win in such Cash Games.

2.4 We may terminate Your access to and use of the Services if We become aware of, or at Our sole discretion determine, that Your use of Our Services violates the Platform Policies.

3. How You Can Access and Use the Service:
   3.1 Hit11 allows You to play Games with other registered users on the Platform. All games available on the Platform are games of skill, meaning the outcome primarily depends on Your skills rather than luck or chance. Therefore, it is legal to play these games in most states in India.

3.2 You can play the Games offered on the Platform only through the Hit11 website and mobile application, which can be downloaded or installed from the Google Play Store for Android users and the Apple App Store for iOS users.

3.3 When You access Our Services and/or create a Hit11 Account, We may collect, use, share with third parties, store, or otherwise process Your information, which may include personal and sensitive information, to ensure efficient access and use of the Services by You. The collection, use, and sharing of such information are governed by the Privacy Policy, which is an integral part of the Platform Policies. You may access the Privacy Policy [here].

3.4 When You register with Us, You are required to verify Your mobile number to play any of the Games offered on our Platform. This verification helps safeguard against fraud at Hit11. All Your information is kept confidential and processed according to Our Privacy Policy.

3.5 By registering with Us, You agree to receive promotional messages from Us and our affiliates through SMS, Email, Call, and Push Notifications regarding Tournaments, offers, and bonuses. You may withdraw Your consent to receive such notifications by sending an email to hit11cricket@gmail.com.

3.6 Internet connectivity issues at Your end, disruptions due to Your local internet environment, errors in the setup of software or hardware on Your end, or other factors not directly attributable to Us are beyond Our control. Accordingly, We will not incur any liability for any halts, breaks, or interruptions in Your usage of Our Services due to such issues.

3.7 Winnings, bonuses, and prizes, whether monetary or non-monetary, are unique to each player and non-transferable. If You attempt to transfer any winnings, bonuses, or prizes, they will be forfeited at Our sole discretion.

4. User Identity:
   4.1 When you register with Us, You select a unique username which will serve as Your identity (“User ID”) on the Platform. Once Your chosen username is confirmed (subject to availability and compliance with these Terms), it cannot be modified (except as outlined in Clause 4.3).

4.2 You are prohibited from creating or using multiple User IDs on our Platform. If multiple User IDs are detected for a single user, we may impose penalties, including the cancellation of all bonus amounts associated with the linked User IDs and the suspension of the linked User IDs.

4.3 User IDs must not be indecent, objectionable, offensive, or unlawful. User IDs that violate intellectual property rights, reveal personal information, or suggest advertisements or promotional activities may be rejected. Users in violation of these stipulations will be given an opportunity to provide an alternate User ID. Failure to comply may result in the termination of Your Hit11 Account or restoration of Your Hit11 Account only after an acceptable User ID has been provided by You.

4.4 Your User ID will remain active on the Platform unless We terminate or suspend Your access due to a violation of the Platform Policies, You voluntarily delete Your Hit11 Account, or Your Hit11 Account becomes inactive as specified in Clause 11.1.

5. Game Formats and Rules:
   5.1 We currently offer five (5) formats for the various games available on the Platform: practice games, Cash Games, tournaments, contests (for sports-based fantasy games), and promotional games (which may involve rewards or bonuses). We may, at our sole discretion, increase or reduce the number of game formats offered through Our Services.

5.2 A “Contest” is a skill-based competition provided in our fantasy sports-based games where Users compete against other players. Contests can be either paid or free to play. Paid Contests require users to pay an entry fee for participation, while free Contests are open to all users without the need for an entry fee.

5.3 You agree to abide by the rules and regulations of the Games on the Platform (“Game Rules”). It is Your responsibility to read and understand the Game Rules before participating. The Game Rules form part of the Platform Policies and can be found on the ‘Game rules/how to play’ page of Our Services.

5.4 We may periodically introduce additional Games as part of the Services. The Platform Policies will apply to all newly introduced Games, and the relevant Game Rules will be made available on Our Services.

5.5 We reserve the right to determine the results and winners of each Game in accordance with the applicable Game Rules. By registering for and/or participating in any Game, You agree to these determinations, which shall not be subject to challenge. We will post lists of winners on Our Services following each Game.

6. Restrictions on the Use of Our Services:

6.1 You shall not upload, distribute, transmit, publish, share, display, or post content through Our Services or any Communication Feature provided by Us that:

a) Belongs to another person and to which You do not have any right.

b) Is defamatory, obscene, pornographic, pedophilic, invasive of another’s privacy, including bodily privacy, insulting or harassing on the basis of gender, libelous, racially or ethnically objectionable, relates to or encourages money laundering or gambling, or otherwise inconsistent with or contrary to the laws in force.

c) Is harmful to a child.

d) Infringes any patent, trademark, copyright, or other proprietary rights.

e) Deceives or misleads the recipient about the origin of the message or knowingly and intentionally communicates any information which is patently false or misleading but may reasonably be perceived as a fact.

f) Impersonates another person.

g) Threatens the unity, integrity, defense, security, or sovereignty of India, friendly relations with foreign states, or public order, or causes incitement to the commission of any cognizable offense or prevents investigation of any offense, or is insulting to other nations.

h) Contains a software virus or any other computer code, file, or program designed to interrupt, destroy, or limit the functionality of any computer resource.

i) Is patently false and untrue, written or published with the intent to mislead or harass a person, entity, or agency for financial gain or to cause any injury to any person.

j) Is otherwise objectionable or undesirable (whether or not unlawful).

k) Is aimed at soliciting donations, chips, or other forms of help.

l) Disparages Hit11 or any of its subsidiaries, affiliates, licensors, associates, partners, sponsors, products, services, or websites in any manner.

m) Promotes a competing service or product.

n) Violates any law currently in force.

6.2 The Communication Feature for a player may be immediately suspended without warning if We believe the user is engaging in any activity prohibited under Clause 6.1 or the Platform Policies. This may also lead to the termination of the Hit11 Account of such a user. You may report any abusive or malicious behavior by any other user immediately to us by following the complaints procedure provided in Clause 16 below.

6.3 You shall not host, intercept, emulate, or redirect proprietary communication protocols used by Us, if any, regardless of the method used, including protocol emulation, reverse engineering, or modification of Our Services or any files that are part of it.

6.4 You shall not frame Our Services. You may not impose editorial comments, commercial material, or any information on Our Services, alter or modify any content, or remove, obliterate, or obstruct any proprietary notices or labels.

6.5 You shall not use Our Services for commercial purposes, including but not limited to use in a cyber cafe, computer gaming center, network play over the Internet, or through gaming networks, or connection to an unauthorized server that copies the gaming experience offered by Us.

6.6 You shall not purchase, sell, trade, rent, lease, license, grant a security interest in, or transfer Your Hit11 Account, content, money, contest points, standings, rankings, ratings, or any other attributes appearing in, originating from, or associated with Our Services.

6.7 Any form of fraudulent activity, including attempting to use or using any other person’s credit cards, debit cards, net-banking usernames, passwords, authorization codes, prepaid cash cards, or mobile phones for adding cash to the Deposit Segment, accessing or attempting to access the Services through someone else’s Hit11 Account, is strictly prohibited. If We become aware or are of the opinion, at our sole discretion, that You are indulging in such fraudulent activity, We may terminate Your Hit11 Account and notify the appropriate authorities.

6.8 If You are an officer, director, employee, consultant, or agent of Hit11, or a relative of such persons, You are not permitted to play either directly or indirectly any Games that entitle You to any prize, other than in the course of Your engagement with Hit11. For these purposes, the term ‘relative’ shall mean a relative as defined under Section 2(77) of the Companies Act, 2013.

6.9 You shall not permit any person to access or use Your Hit11 Account, use any form of external assistance to play the Games, or engage in any activity that violates the Platform Policies.

6.10 You are prohibited from utilizing Our Services for any restricted or unlawful purpose, including, without limitation, attempting to withdraw cash from unutilized funds available in Your Hit11 Account or deliberately losing money to certain player(s).

6.11 You shall not send spam emails or any other form of unsolicited communication to obtain registrations with Us to benefit from any promotional program of Hit11 or for any other purpose.

7. Deposit, Payment, Refund, and Cancellation:

7.1 Once You register with Us, We maintain a Hit11 Account for You to keep a record of all Your transactions with Us. Payments related to participation in Cash Games must be made through Your Hit11 Account. Deposits You make are credited to the Deposit Segment, Your winnings are credited to the Winnings Segment, bonuses and promotional amounts are credited to the Bonus Segment, and Poker winnings are credited to the Poker Segment.

7.2 All transactions with Us shall be in Indian Rupees (INR). You may deposit money into the Deposit Segment to participate in Cash Games, subject to:

a) The amount specified on the Platform for a single transaction;

b) The monthly add cash limit set by Us, which may involve undertakings, indemnity, waiver, and verification conditions as We deem appropriate. Any changes to add cash limits will be notified to You on the Platform.

7.3 Deposits made to the Deposit Segment are solely for participation in Cash Games and do not accrue any interest or returns.

7.4 You cannot transfer any amount from Your Hit11 Account to another user’s Hit11 Account, except as permitted by Hit11.

7.5 Ensure that the payment instrument used for adding cash to Your Hit11 Account is owned by You.

7.6 Payments via credit cards, debit cards, prepaid cash cards, and internet banking are processed through third-party gateways. Other payment modes also require authorization by processing entities. We are not responsible for delays or denials from these entities. Processing of payments will adhere to their policies and procedures without any risk or responsibility on Our part.

7.7 For issues related to adding cash, you may file a complaint following the procedure in Clause 16 below.

7.8 Once a payment/transaction is authorized, the amount is credited to the Deposit Segment and available for Cash Games. We are not liable for any delays or declines in crediting the amount for reasons beyond Our control.

7.9 We reserve the right to cancel any transaction at Our discretion. If a payment is successful, the transaction will be reversed, and the money credited back to the original payment source.

7.10 All funds collected from You are held in trust by Us, kept separate from Our corporate funds, and remain unencumbered.

7.11 You may Withdraw all or part of the Withdrawable Balance to a designated Bank Account via an electronic bank transfer.

7.12 When initiating a Withdrawal Request, You must provide the details of the Bank Account to which the funds should be credited.

7.13 Withdrawal Requests are subject to deposit methods, bonus restrictions, and security reviews by Our automated systems and risk management team. Withdrawals are governed by the following conditions:

a) Withdrawals are subject to applicable Service Fees, processing fees, and taxes. You can make one Withdrawal Request per day, subject to limits. Payment will be made via electronic wire transfer or other preferred and lawful methods.

b) Withdrawal Requests will be processed after successful KYC verification.

c) Withdrawable Balance can only be Withdrawn after making at least one cash deposit and playing at least one Cash Game.

7.14 Upon receiving a Withdrawal Request and completing KYC verification, We may disburse the amount electronically or to the original financial instrument used for the deposit.

7.15 We strive to process Withdrawal Requests promptly, but delays may occur due to KYC verification and transaction completion times. We are not liable for any compensation due to delays in processing Withdrawals.

7.16 You may request an online Refund in the following instances:

a) If the Game is canceled due to a technical issue or Service defect solely attributable to Hit11; or

b) If Our risk management team, upon investigation, discovers a violation of Platform Policies that unduly prejudiced the user entitled to the Refund.

7.17 Refund requests will be verified and processed within two (2) weeks. Accepted Refund amounts will be added to Your Hit11 Account.

7.18 Cancellation requests for ‘add cash’ transactions will be processed within two (2) weeks, provided the request is made within two (2) hours of the transaction and the funds have not been utilized. Successful cancellations will credit the fund back to the original source.

7.19 Your winnings may be disclosed to relevant authorities, and requisite amounts may be withheld to ensure compliance with applicable laws and requests from government, regulatory bodies, or court orders. It is Your responsibility to handle applicable taxes.

8. KYC Verification

8.1 Users are required to undergo an online document verification (“e-KYC”) under the following conditions:

• When you request a withdrawal exceeding the specified limit on the Platform;
• When we suspect, or are notified, that you have violated any Platform Policies;
• When you are identified as having breached the applicable add cash or winning thresholds.

8.2 As part of our e-KYC process, our automated system mandates users to upload documents related to their Permanent Account Number (PAN) and bank account details.

8.3 The e-KYC documents must be uploaded on our Platform. We do not accept submissions in any other form or manner.

8.4 When uploading the documents on our Platform, you must ensure the following:

• The documents are valid;
• The documents are clear, legible, and in jpg, jpeg, or pdf format;
• The documents are not password protected.

8.5 The validation of e-KYC documents may take up to three (3) working days from the date of submission. We reserve the right to validate the e-KYC documents at our sole discretion. You will be notified of the verification status via your registered mobile number/email address and on our Platform.

9. Bonus, Benefits, and Prizes

9.1 To be eligible for prizes, bonuses, or benefits, you must be a resident of India and access the Services from within any part of India except the Barred States. If you are not a citizen of India but access the services from a permitted location within India, you can use our Services and win prizes or bonuses. We will process your Withdrawal Requests in Indian Rupees to any Indian Bank Account in your name, subject to KYC verification.

9.2 When you add cash to the Deposit Segment, you may receive certain bonuses or benefits based on the ongoing promotional offer. These bonuses or benefits may be contingent upon your continued use of our Services or participation in Cash Games. Part of the bonus may be released after each qualifying game you play until the entire bonus has been credited to the Deposit Segment. You must earn (disburse) the bonus within the specified claim period, which may vary depending on the offer. Bonuses are issued at our sole discretion and cannot be claimed as a right. The release percentage/rate may vary depending on the offer. Bonuses have a limited validity as communicated at the time of issuance.

For example: If you are awarded a Rs.100 bonus and you play a qualifying game of Rs.200, where 10% of Rs.200 (as per the ongoing offer) is Rs.20, this bonus would be credited to your table balance. If you play the next game of Rs.500 within the offer period, then 10% of Rs.500, i.e., Rs.50, would be credited to your table balance. This process continues until the entire bonus amount is released.

9.3 If your Hit11 Account is terminated, whether by you voluntarily or by us in accordance with these Terms, all bonuses and benefits issued to you will be forfeited, and you will have no rights or interest in such bonuses.

9.4 Any violation of the Platform Policies at any stage may result in disqualification from receiving bonuses and benefits.

9.5 You may win prizes while playing games on the Platform. These prizes are subject to the specific terms and conditions communicated at the time of issuance.

9.6 Prizes, bonuses, or any other amounts or benefits in the Bonus Segment are not redeemable for other prizes, nor can they be withdrawn or transferred to another user.

10. Service Fees and Taxes

10.1 Hit11 charges a Service Fee for each Cash Game played on the platform. This fee may vary depending on the nature of the Cash Game and is subject to change, as outlined in Clause 10.2 below. Hit11 reserves the right to levy different Service Fees for different games at its sole discretion.

10.2 Users who meet specific criteria may, at the sole discretion of Hit11, receive discounts or waivers (“Discounts”) on the Service Fee for a particular game or set of games, even after the conclusion of the game(s). These post-facto Discounts will reduce and reverse a portion of the Service Fee applicable to a game, and these updates will be reflected on the information panel available to each user on the Platform.

10.3 Discounts may be granted based on various parameters related to the user’s activity on the Platform, including the frequency of games played, participation in tournaments or special game types, overall winnings, conduct on the Platform, and players referred to the Platform. Discounts are revocable at the discretion of Hit11, and users have no right to either receive or retain a Discount.

10.4 All forms of Discounts and promotional bonuses or rebates offered by Hit11 to a user will not exceed the total Service Fee chargeable to that user. Hit11 reserves the right to adjust Discounts and promotions accordingly. These Discounts and promotions may also be subject to specific conditions, such as use only in certain types of games or restricted use after a predetermined time period.

10.5 Details of each game transaction, including the applicable Service Fee, will be accessible on an information panel before you initiate a game. The Service Fee for each transaction includes Goods and Services Taxes, at the rates mandated by applicable law. Changes to Service Fees as described in this Clause 10 may affect the overall transaction details of a game, including the applicable taxes. 10.6 All Cash Games are subject to applicable taxes and levies. We are legally required to deduct tax at source (“TDS”) on winnings over INR 10,000/- (Indian Rupees Ten Thousand only) in a Cash Game or Contest. In such cases, you must provide your PAN. A TDS of 30% (excluding cess) will automatically be deducted from such winnings, with the remainder credited to the Winnings Segment. These limits and rates are subject to change per applicable laws. Hit11’s responsibility is limited to deducting TDS as required by law and providing you with a certificate of tax deduction. We reserve the right to verify your PAN periodically and to cancel any prize if your PAN is found inconsistent during our verification process. We shall have no liability or responsibility for your individual tax matters.

10.7 When you play a Poker Game on the Platform, all your winnings are credited to the Poker Segment. To withdraw these winnings, you must transfer them to your Winnings Segment and then place a Withdrawal Request. If your winnings, less entry fees, exceed INR 10,000/- (Indian Rupees Ten Thousand only) at the time of transfer, a TDS of 30% (excluding cess) will be deducted from these winnings.

11. Termination, Suspension, and Opt-out

11.1 If you do not play Cash Games from your Hit11 Account for twelve (12) consecutive months, your account will be considered inactive, and a monthly maintenance fee of INR 250/- (Indian Rupees Two Hundred and Fifty only) will be charged against your inactive account (“Inactive Account Fee”). If your account balance remains negative for more than fifteen (15) days due to this fee, your account will be permanently closed.

11.2 We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your Hit11 Account if you are found violating any of our Platform Policies or breaching/attempting to breach the security of our Services. In such cases, your account may be terminated immediately, and any prizes, bonuses, or funds in your account will be forfeited.

11.3 If your Hit11 Account is terminated by us as per Clause 11.2:

• You will not be able to use our Services from the mobile number, PAN, and bank account linked to the terminated account.
• You may be permitted to withdraw the Withdrawable Balance, subject to applicable restrictions.

11.4 If we find that a user is breaching/attempting to breach our security or privacy protocols, we may, following an internal investigation, take a range of actions depending on the severity of the breach. We reserve the right to:

• Stop access and usage of our Services indefinitely for such a user;
• Permanently terminate the user’s Hit11 Account;
• Restrict withdrawals for such users;
• Demand compensation for damages to our Services caused by the breach and prosecute the user for any legal violations and Terms violations;
• Prohibit the user from registering with us in the future.

11.5 We may attempt to validate your Hit11 Account via call or email. If we cannot contact you initially, we will make additional attempts. If the provided phone number and email address are incorrect, we bear no responsibility for service interruptions due to our inability to contact you. If we are unable to reach you or if the validation is unsuccessful, we reserve the right to disallow you from logging into our Services or to reduce your play limits and/or add cash limits until we can satisfactorily validate your account. In such an event, we will notify you via email about the next steps regarding your account validation. We may also request proof of identification and proof of address from time to time. If your access to your Hit11 Account is limited or your access to our Services is restricted due to unsuccessful account validation, it may take up to seven (7) working days to reinstate full access upon successful validation. If we make several unsuccessful attempts to contact you, we reserve the right to terminate your account and refund the Withdrawable Balance, if any. We will not be liable for any claim, damage, or loss resulting from such termination or restriction.

11.6 You may discontinue using our Services at any time by notifying us via email at hit11cricket@gmail.com (“Discontinuation Request”). Subject to satisfactory verification of the Discontinuation Request, if there is a positive Withdrawable Balance and/or funds in the Deposit Segment, we will disburse these to you via online transfer as per the Terms. Any transfer from the Deposit Segment will incur an account closure fee of INR 1,000.00 (Indian Rupees One Thousand Only) or ten (10) percent of the total funds to be transferred, whichever is higher.

12. Your Representations and Warranties

You represent that:

12.1 You are eligible and competent to enter into transactions with other users and Hit11.

12.2 Any information you provide to us at any time during the access and use of our Services, whether at the stage of registration or any time thereafter, is correct, complete, up-to-date, and accurate. We shall not be liable for any claims relating to the accuracy, completeness, and correctness of any information you provide. We may, at any time and at our sole discretion, require you to verify the correctness, completeness, and accuracy of such information, and to that extent, require you to produce additional documentary proof. If you fail to provide us with valid documentary proof, we reserve the right to limit your access to and use of our Services.

12.3 You will protect the information you provide to us. You must never share your Hit11 Account login information with anyone, including any other user of Hit11 or any representative of Hit11. You specifically understand and agree that we will not incur any liability for information you provide to anyone which may result in your Hit11 Account being exposed or misused by any other person.

12.4 You have the required legal rights to any content that you may transmit, upload, or otherwise make available on the Hit11 platform, and such actions will not violate the intellectual property rights of any third party.

12.5 You shall use your Hit11 Account solely for the purpose of playing the games offered through our Services.

12.6 Before adding cash to the Deposit Segment or participating in Cash Games, you are responsible for ensuring the legality of playing Cash Games in the jurisdiction from which you are accessing the games.

12.7 You have the experience and requisite skills required to participate in the Activity and are not aware of any physical or mental condition that would impair your capability to fully participate in the Activity.

12.8 You are aware that participation in the Activity may result in financial loss to you. 12.10 You shall not hold Hit11 responsible for any inability to play any Game for which you may be eligible to participate. This includes, but is not limited to, situations where you are unable to log into your Hit11 Account, your account is pending validation, or you are in suspected or established violation of any Platform Policies.

15.2 Upon valid registration with us, you are granted a limited right to use our Services in accordance with the Platform Policies. However, you do not acquire any other rights, ownership, title, or interest in the Hit11 Intellectual Property.
